Donal Crooke, winner of the BMW M3 (ST-153)

It's the strangest feeling ever gettin the phone call, one minute I was sittin in a computer lab in college wondering how I'll pay the upcoming car insurance bill and 5 mins later I was siting there saying I now own a BMW M3. Madness! Your heart is tellin you ok the only people who knew I was in that competition were best of the best and me.. it has to be real , and then your head says it must be a hoax..but then how did they get my details..

It's an amazing competition, run by an excellent company and I think the main claim to fame or what I think is the trump of the company is that Best of the Best give ordinary folk a taste of a different life. I can look back on the strange looking list of cars I've owned, 14 year old Subaru Legacy, brand new BMW M3... I got to walk into a BMW dealership and say I own one of them, and it's not like a competition for any ordinary car its unbelievable machinery up for grabs!! As I said amazing company plucking ordinary folk out of their daily grind and giving them the fantastic experience of owning a supercar!!! Finally thanks a mill to all at Best of the Best I still cant believe it!!!! And to any one reading this just enter the competitions!!! I couldn't get any food on the way home from Stansted coz I had spent all my money entering the competition but man was it worth it, the chances of winning are good....enter!!!

As they say if ya arn't in ya can't win!!

Chris Burston, winner of the Porsche 996 Carrera 4S (LN-151)

The new website is fantastic - needless to say I am still playing for the great cars on offer, probably a bit of a stretch for my luck to come in twice though!

Winning the 996 C4S can only be described as a dream come true. The disbelief that the car of my dreams is finally mine STILL hasn't worn off! The whole winning experience has been fantastic in no small part to the great attention paid by William, Catherine and Patrick to making the process effortless and 'special'.

I've put 1000 miles on the car in the 6 weeks since I collected it and it still brings a smile to my face when I turn the key and that flat 6 fires up. The stuff of dreams can come true with Best of the Best!

Sean Girvan, winner of the Ferrari 360 Modena (T4-134)

"I arrived at work to see an e-mail from Best of the Best saying to get in touch. I thought it would be for marketing purposes or whatever. I got one of the guys through to have a look and said to him I couldn't have won as they said they would call the winner. At that instant I checked my mobile and saw a missed call which was 15 minutes before the e-mail. Then I really panicked. The problem was that I was 4 hours ahead of the UK in Baku so I had to wait all morning before I could contact anybody. When I did call, Will was out, so that was another hour. By this time all the people in the office were as excited as me. I was holding a big meeting when the call came and the place went quiet. After I stammered 'thanks' and put the phone down, the place erupted. It was something I won't forget.

I like cars. I've been lucky enough, and foolish enough, to own several great cars so when I saw the Best of the Best stand in Heathrow, I was always going to take a chance. I'd read about it so had no qualms about buying. When I won it was my 3rd time. I have entered every time since (probably another 3 or 4 times) plus on the net.

Since winning, everything has been, in a word, 'fantastic'. Unfortunately, as I worked overseas up until 2 weeks ago, I couldn't keep the car but the sheer thrill of winning was great and the money has helped tremendously."

Mike Chopra, winner of the Ferrari 360 Spider (T4-114)

"I live ten minutes away form Ferrari's headquarters in Egham and regularly used to drive down there in my TVR to ogle the cars. I promised myself that one day I'd have a 360 Spider so when I passed by Best of the Best's stand at Heathrow I couldn't resist chancing my luck. To be honest, I never really thought I'd win it. But I could afford to lose £85, and if I did… When William rang me to tell me the good news I though it was one of my mates pulling my leg - I couldn't believe it. I've spent hours just driving around with a massive grin on my face. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to actually own a car like this so I'm going to make the most of it."

Roberto Melaragno, winner of the Jaguar XKR Convertible (T4-031)

"William, it was so great to hear that I have become the winner of your latest competition. I still am unable to believe this… I look forward to winning the next contest!"

Daveeda Shaheen, winner of the Porsche 911 (T4-01)

"William, what news!! What a 30th birthday surprise-it makes getting old not so bad!.. Be proud of yourself for letting someone know that there is a little surprise out there for someone someday"

Andrew Middlehurst, joint winner of the cash alternative (MA-150)

"I answered the phone and this guy called William Hindmarch asked me if I was Andrew Middlehurst. I said yes, thinking to myself, what's he selling: credit cards, double-glazing? This guy then told me he was from Best of the Best, and then I knew what he was phoning me for, and it wasn't to tell me that I never won the competition. As soon as he told me I was a winner, I felt as if I was flying and felt I was in a daze-I just couldn't believe it. William told me that it was a shared win and because of this, it was cash prize of £51,000 shared between two. I felt a little disappointed as I have always dreamed of owning a Porsche Carrera, hey! 25½ grand: not a bad start to the New Year, especially with another new baby on the way in June!

"As soon as I put the phone down, I phoned my wife, my mum and a friend. It was this friend who then brought me back down to earth with a bump, as he asked me whether I was sure that it was not a wind-up. I then had to get confirmation and decided to phone the number that William had given to me. A guy answered his name and congratulated me on my win and explained to me that it wasn't a wind-up; I was on cloud nine again! I would say it taken a good 5-6 hours for it to sink in and to realise that it was for real and I wasn't dreaming.

"I bought the ticket as I have always dreamed of owning a Porsche Carrera and as soon as I saw the competition I could see I would have better odds for winning the Porsche than winning the lottery even though the ticket cost £55; as it was limited to 2900 people, this was another reason I bought a ticket. When I first saw Best of the Best, my initial reaction was what a great business to have, selling dreams. While I was in Terminal 1 at Manchester Airport I sent my wife Dawn to get the coffees in, and as I am not really a drinker and I don't smoke, while she was doing this I sneakily got my credit card out of her bag and went off and bought. When I returned back she thought I was mad (but not any more). It was the first time I entered the competition, but not the last…

"Since I've won, I have had mixed emotions: it feels great knowing that I have won £25,500 grand-as I have already said, what a way to start 2004. But every time I get into my car I keep thinking that I should be getting into my Porsche, but hey! There's always a chance that I might still win my Porsche in the next competition and be the first person to be a double winner at Best of the Best.

"I would just like to take this opportunity to thank William Hindmarch, all of his team in the office and out on the stands for making this happen.
